Art Therapy

You may feel uncomfortable when it comes to art, or you may feel that you don’t know how to draw because you don’t have any art skills.  But there’s no need to worry because you don’t need any art skills for my session.

At Okikam Therapy, our transpersonal art therapy focuses on your sensations and how your body responds to them.  It’s about exploring and expressing your body and mind through colors and lines in a free format, rather than worrying about the techniques of fine art.

You don’t need to be able to explain your feelings in words.  We guide you to express those feelings through art in a safe and non-judgmental space.  The resulting artwork truly belongs to you, as it comes from your inner-self or subconscious.

Our mission is to help you awaken, understanding, and deepen your awareness, regain, compassion, and confidence in yourself.  Whether you are an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush before, we invite you to open a new door.  

We offer both individual and small group sessions, both in-person and online.
