‘You can take a photo of me…’, the snaps of the curious gull on the beach ~

This summer was not as hot as the usual summers in Sydney.

I missed (or almost forgot) making my typical beach time packing beach throw, sunscreen, and the straw hat together with some favourites in the basket.

So I took a long morning walk the other day to soak my foot and appreciate nature and the moment where I felt.

While I started being space out on the beach and just enjoyed the touch of water and sand, a seagull caught me in the eyes on its landing to the edge of the cement pipe.

The lone seagull stood afar.

I enjoyed taking some morning snapshots.

The seagull lost my perspectives, that every look I gave to, it came closer to me.  It was like, as if it never paid attention to me existed there, but it never got out of frame of the view.

It even looks like the gull might have made posing to help my snap looking better.

Finally the gull turned to (the last shot) look at me straight.

‘Sure, you can take a photo of me’

….Is that what you just said to me?

After the last shot I caught, the gull flew away from me.

I wondered what the gull would have commented if I could show it the last shot and ask….

Muttering at departure gate

It’s 8:25pm and final call for boarding will be called soon.

It’s already long day today and I am going to take a 9 hours night flight for to be landed at my destination.

See you Sydney in two weeks. I will miss you 🙂

Hello Japan, stay still and here I come.

I will stop mumbling as moving toward the gate for boarding, with the beautiful morning shot at Manly beach, NSW.

Thank you for stopping by.

A beautiful Sunday

This morning I grabbed my camera and took a short walk with it. I first was going to get out for my routine morning walk (a fast walk) but I saw beautiful sky over the window in my bedroom, I changed my plan because I thought I should go with (and for) camera.

Here are some snapshots I took on foot.

It was very pleasant morning and I hope they help you to find it. 🙂

Urban jigsaw puzzle – one piece mismatching? –

Here are photos I took the other day at a corner in Sydney city.

I love (and often chasing to photograph) reflection in general; reflection of clouds on the beach, or reflection made on urban buildings glass windows.

When I saw this scene, it quickly recalled me a jigsaw puzzle, or, …how do you find?

Anyway, this is one of the best part of photography.  The scene at the moment can be  cropped from your perspectives!

Thank you for stopping by my blog.

Variety

Here I would like to show a part of many snap shots of trees I took during winter season in Sydney, which is now in the middle of high spring season.  Most of them are seen in my neighbors (with rich in green fresh leaves now!), and many of them shouldn’t be rare in plant type / category.

I wanted post them in here since they were in my photo drawers and never came out.

I like watching trees.  They are so expressive, making me calm and relaxed.  I often personified them like humans making some postures (or even speaking to us, haha).

Anyway, I hope you will enjoy these.  Thank you for stopping by.

Sydney Harbor at sunset –

I would like to share some photos I photographed Sydney Harbor from Bradleys Head.

My photography often choose the position I stand against the sun light and this time was also like that.  Object turns to black silhouette due to sunlight but I still like capturing the lights and objects, some of which catch slight shades of reflective lights made by an angle between the direction of where lights come from and the objects.

Anyway, I hope you will find fun.

Thank you for stopping by.
